These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tryroseai.com(the “Site”) and the Rose waitlist, operated by Oro Consultancy LTD (“Rose”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site and waitlist

The Site is an informational marketing site that lets you learn about Rose and join a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a launch date, or any specific pricing or features. Rose is under active development and details may change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to join the waitlist. By submitting your details you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

3. Acceptable use
